Karen specializes in functional core strength and conditioning training.  She has a strong understanding of anatomy and program design, with 20 + years in the fitness industry working with clients at all stages of life. She is a hard working, creative, and competitive team player who is passionate about form, fitness, and the well being of others. Karen truly enjoys making fitness manageable and fun for her clients and herself. She is also an accomplished visual artist and musician.
